So what is the agenda???

The agenda is pretty much the same at all of these types of events:

Friday:

• 6pm – pizza
• 6.45pm – talk – explanation of the event format – how it will work
• 7.15pm - talk – Jonathan Siegel, Venture Partner, Accel Partners
• 8pm – pitches – people stand up and pitch their ideas (more details will be provided on mailing list)
• 9pm – people shoot the breeze for a while and team form – team formation is a little ad hoc, but it generally works

Sat:

• 9am – people roll up their sleeves and start working – software guys build, graphics guys paint and business guys think about the money
• 12.30pm – lunch
• 6pm – dinner
• 10pm – people go home

Sun:

• 9am – people get stuck in again
• 12.30pm – lunch
• 6pm – down tools, dinner
• 7pm – pitches
• 8pm – judges make their decisions
• 8.30pm – winner announced
• 9pm – all go home tired and happy

After that – people usually meet up a week later to figure out if what they started on makes any sense and whether they want to bring it forward.
